Adam has been a player at Barton Cricket Club since the age of 6 and spent 15 years as First XI Captain 

Adam has always been a big believer in developing youth throughout cricket and started coaching at the age of 15 coaching regional and County Teams along the way. Over recent years he and Connor have dedicated time and energy into developing youth cricket more locally in South Devon in their clubs but also to a wider group of young cricketers who benefit from out of season coaching.
